PerRoad is a mechanistic-based procedure for the design of flexible long-life or perpetual pavement structures. The procedure was developed at the National Center for Asphalt Technology (NCAT) at Auburn University (AU) in conjunction with the Asphalt Pavement Alliance (APA).
